| Costar SV Series Power Supplies |
The SV series of camera power supplies provides a convenient means of powering 12V DC or 24V AC cameras. The multi-output configuration allows easier installation, greater reliability and unequalled flexibility in multi-camera installations. It avoids the need to tie up one electrical outlet per camera, and provides significant advantages over multiple plug-in transformers in safety, convenience, neatness and cost.
The SV series is delivered with the power supply circuit board configured for 12V DC operation. In this mode, it provides a maximum of 2.5 Amps for powering 12V DC cameras or other devices. Moving a switch on the circuit board will change the output to 24V AC, with a maximum of 4 amps for powering 24V AC devices. The sixteen output model contains two circuit boards, each individually programmable for 12V DC or 24V AC operation (8 channels each), making them suitable for applications with all AC, all DC or mixed voltage devices. |
